Great success for the workshop ‘NIR Platform’

27 March 2013

Within the framework of the European project QSAFFE, a workshop entitled ‘NIR Platform’ took place on March 27th 2013 at the Valorisation of Agricultural Products department of the Walloon Agricultural Research Centre (CRA-W) in Gembloux, Belgium. On the agenda, more than 20 presentations together with instrument demonstrations and laboratory visits were organized. This workshop allowed the participants to get information about the latest technology concerning near infrared (NIR) presented by leading industry manufacturers as well as the most recent applications by scientific research centers, universities and private companies. In total the workshop received more than 75 persons from 13 different European countries.
